Cindy Brown
Owner & Director of All-Starz Dance Studio
 Cindy began dancing at the age of 4 and became a dance instructor at the age of 15. She taught for 9 years at The Dance Studio in Orange Park under the direction of Linda Strickland while finishing high school and college. In 1985 Cindy was first runner up in the Miss Clay County Pageant with dance being her talent. During college she studied dance at Jacksonville University for one year and as soon as she graduated from the University of North Florida she opened her own business and took her talent to daycares offering parents the convenience and joy of their children dancing without the commute. Once Cindy began teaching high school, she added the role of dance team coach and led both the Clay High Devil’s Dance Team as well as the Golden Girls at Fleming Island High School. She also squeezed in a year of instruction at Dance Express. Cindy married her high school sweetheart, David on May 17, 1986 and has 3 incredible children.

Lauren Brown
Instructor
 Lauren began dancing at the age of 4. She has trained in ballet, lyrical, pointe, tap, jazz and hip hop. She danced on both the Green Cove Springs Junior High and Fleming Island High Dance Teams. She has competed at several local competitions and has participated in numerous conventions to expand her dance experiences. She has assisted Robyn since 2003 with most of her classes and is currently taking on her own. She a member of the Jacksonville Jaguars Cheerleaders. Lauren got engaged December 24, 2009.
Logan Tharpe Instructor
 Logan began dancing at the age of three in Tallahassee, Florida. She began competing in the 5th grade and won awards at several national competitions. In 2001, she received a scholarship from Barry Youngblood to attend the Debbie Reynolds Dance Studio in Hollywood, California. Logan was on her high school dance team where she served as captain, choreographer and won All-star dancer awards. In college, Logan was a Florida State “Golden Girl” Dancer. Her team was ranked 5th at the UDA National College Championship. She also performed at basketball games and ACC Basketball Tournaments. Logan began teaching in 2004 and strives to encourage and develop her students. Her unique choreography for studio’s and North Florida dance teams has won her multiple awards and recognitions. Logan has traveled to New York, Atlanta, The Bahamas and many other locations to compete and train in all styles of dance. She has taken class with world renowned choreographers including Frank Hatchett, Wade Robson and Mia Michaels. In April 2008, Logan graduated from Florida State University and moved to Jacksonville. She married Scott Tharpe on March 7, 2009.
